Refund Policy


In-Store Purchases

Our policy for in-store will be 15 days of your purchase with the original receipt for a store credit.  The item must be inspected by The Shed staff to verify it is in the same condition it was sold as.  An exchange or a store credit issued in the form of a gift certificate will be given at that time. Gift certificate does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

We do not offer refunds.

On-line Purchases

Our policy will be 15 days of purchase with original receipt. Product will be inspected by The Shed staff to verify it is in the same condition it was sold.   We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at the.shed@outlook.com and send your item to: The Shed, 81 McGill Rd., Mount Pleasant ON N0E 1K0, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the product cannot be replaced then a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate. Gift certificate does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
